Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering into a commercial agreement, receiving an authorized installation, or using ClassBee ("the Software"), you ("the Licensee" or "the Institute") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not deploy or use the Software.

2. Grant of Commercial Licence

Subject to the terms of your commercial deployment agreement and payment of applicable licensing fees, ClassBee grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and operate the Software on the designated number of workstations within your coaching institute.

• The licence is tied to your authorized institute trade name and physical workstations.
• You may not sublicense, rent, resell, reverse-engineer, or decompile the application binary.
• The licence includes full access to all 13 integrated modules and local configuration settings.

3. Data Ownership & Backup Responsibility

Because ClassBee stores core records in a local SQLite database on your machine with optional encrypted Google Drive backup, the Licensee maintains 100% exclusive ownership of all student records, financial files, and attendance logs.

• The Licensee is solely responsible for maintaining local workstation hardware security and password credentials.
• The Licensee is responsible for configuring and routinely verifying encrypted Google Drive recovery backups.
• ClassBee assumes no liability for local hardware theft, physical drive failure, or lost administrative passwords.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Telecommunications

ClassBee provides optional connections to WhatsApp Web and Google Drive.

• WhatsApp Integration: Operates via web QR browser pairing. The Licensee agrees to comply with all applicable WhatsApp terms of service and acceptable messaging policies. ClassBee is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Google Drive Integration: Connects to your private Google storage. Use of Google services is subject to Google's respective terms.

5. Commercial Pricing & Demonstrations

This website provides marketing information, module walkthroughs, and lead-generation channels to schedule live demonstrations. All commercial pricing, deployment scope, and onboarding terms are finalized directly between ClassBee and the Licensee via formal quotation.
